Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、合成樹脂の押出成形機における押出
シリンダーなどの被加熱体を加熱するヒーターに

板22の中央部分に予め取付けられた通電端子
で、その下端部を通電板22にかしめるととも
に、そのかしめ部を溶接してある。28はマイカ
板14,15の他方の端部に掛け渡した通電板
で、それらの両端部29,30を切欠部19,2
1へ挿入し、切欠部19,21の範囲内において
ニクロム線16,17の各他端31,32を両端
部29,30にスポツト溶接などにより溶接して
ある。33は通電板28の中央部分に予め取付け
られた通電端子で、その下端部を通電板28にか

なことはなく、したがつて電気的接触の不良や、
ニクロム線の断線を起すようなことはない。ま
た、マイカ板に設けた切欠部の範囲内でニクロム
線の端部を通電板に溶接するようにしたから、マ
イカ板が溶接の邪摩をするようなことはないし、
溶接時に発生する溶接熱がマイカ板に直接加わら
ず、マイカ板をこがさなくて済み、したがつてマ
イカ板の強度を低下させなくて済む。また各通電
板の両端をマイカ板に設けた切欠部へ挿入したか
ら、各通電板の取付位置が一定し、したがつて各
通電板に取付けられる通電端子の間隔を正確に保
