Claims (1)
用ヒータにおいて、断熱シートと、補強材と、保
護シートとからなる３層を、ヒータ線と該ヒータ
線を両側から挾んだ不燃布とからなる３層に、前
記断熱シートが前記不燃布に接するように重ねた
層構造となつており、前記ヒータ線は、加熱すべ
き管の中心軸に直交する方向に、往復するように
所定間隔をもつて蛇行させて配線されていること
