Claims (1)
- プラント用のシーケンス制御装置に入力する入
力信号の異常検出回路であつて、Ｃ接点構成のス
イツチからの入力信号を、排他的論理和回路と論
理積回路との組合わせからなるロジツク演算部に
て論理演算することにより、前記スイツチなどの
故障に起因する入力信号の異常を検出するように
したことを特徴とするシーケンス制御装置におけ
る入力信号異常検出回路。
