【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は成形型内において発泡成形された発
泡ウレタン成形品等を成形型から取出すための取
出し装置に関する。

接作業で行なうか、僅かに簡易工具を使用する程
度であつた。このため作業能率が低く、また、時
としては離型せず取出し困難な場合もあり、成形
品取出し装置の開発が要望されていた。

この考案の要旨はシリンダに圧縮空気を送つて
ピストンを作動させ、ピストンに装着された押出

ルブの開きによつて圧送される圧縮空気を成形型
と発泡成形品との間へ圧入して離型するように構
成するものである。

弁座4が形成されている。シリンダヘツド1には
図示しない圧縮空気源と外気とに選択的に連通可
能な第1空気注入口1aが穿設され、また、シリ
ンダヘツド1、シリンダ2及び底部3aを貫通す
るように、前記圧縮空気源と外気とに選択的に連
通可能な第2空気注入口1bが穿設されている。
シリンダ2にはピストン5が嵌装され、ピストン
5のピストンロツド6はピストン5よりも小径
で、底部3aを摺動可能にかつ気密的に貫通して
いる。ピストン5とピストンロツド6とに穿設さ
れた連通孔7はシリンダ2シリンダヘツド1側と
円筒部3の内部とを連通可能に形成されている。
円錐形の押出しバルブ8は弁座4に対応するよう
に形成され、押出しバルブ8に連設された弁棒部
9はピストンロツド6の先端に螺着されている。
なお、ピストンロツド6のめねじは弁棒部9のお
ねじよりもわづかに小径とするとともにスリ割部
6aを設け、押出しバルブ8が微量調整され、ピ
ストン5がシリンダヘツド1に当接したとき押出
しバルブ8が弁座4に当接し、しかも、調整後は
この状態が変化しないように形成されている。な
