That is, a main body 2 of the ventilation air conditioning unit is installed in the attic 1 of an apartment complex by a hanging port 3, and an intake fan 4 and an exhaust fan 6 are installed in the main body 2.
It also includes an air conditioning blower 6 and a heat exchanger 7 for passing cold and hot water and refrigerant, and a duct 8 drawn from outside.
Although not shown, a return duct is provided to return indoor air, and on the other side, air is blown into each room via an indoor air outlet duct 9 which serves as an outlet for indoor air. That's what I do.

The outside air that flows in from the outdoor intake port passes through the intake opening from the intake path, passes through the total heat exchanger by the intake fan, flows through the intake flow path, and supplies outside air indoors, and the air that flows in through the return intake port is exhausted. A part of the room air is exhausted by the fan through the total heat exchanger and through the exhaust flow path, while the air flowing from each room through the return suction port is passed through the heat exchanger by the air conditioning blower. The cooled or heated air is then blown out into each room through ducts.

In addition, outside air flows in from the outdoor suction port 63, passes through the intake fan, and then passes through the exchanger 62, and then passes through the air conditioning blower 44. It passes through a heat exchanger 43, is air-conditioned, and is supplied as so-called fresh air to each room from an indoor outlet 48. Furthermore, after the air flowing in from the return suction port passes through the air conditioning blower 44, a part of the air is attracted by the exhaust fan 6, passes through the total heat exchanger 52, and is exhausted from the outdoor exhaust port 57.

An indoor air outlet is provided in each room, and each room is connected only by a duct inside the attic. Air is drawn into the main body from the outdoor air inlet, passes through the air intake fan, passes through the total heat exchanger, and reaches the air conditioning blower. A flow path, an exhaust flow path that passes from the return suction port, an exhaust fan, and a total heat exchanger, and an air conditioning flow path that runs from the return suction port, passes through an air conditioning blower, passes through the heat exchanger, and reaches the indoor air outlet. Because of this, it is only necessary to place the duct in the attic from the top of the main unit, and it can be easily hung and installed on the floor without taking up space in the attic. This has the advantage that the duct can be installed even if the height inside the attic is low.
