たものにその都度交換する必要がある。チヤツク
部材は通常スタツド溶接銃本体内に締り嵌めによ
り取り付けられているので、チヤツク部材の交換
操作は特にスタツド溶接銃本体からのチヤツク部
材の抜き取りに手間が掛かるだけでなく、そのた
めの工具を必要とし、しかも溶接すべきスタツド
の径に合せてその数だけ寸法の異なるチヤツク部
材を溶接作業現場に持込む必要がある。実際問題
としてこのようなチヤツク部材の交換操作は、溶
接作業現場が狭まかつたり、高所等の作業性の悪
い環境下にある場合には不可能でないにしても実
質的に極めて困難であり、そのような場合にはし
ばしば溶接作業現場から離れて工具や交換用のチ
ヤツク部材の置いてある場所でチヤツク部材の交
換を行なつている。このように太さや長さの異な
る種々のスタツドをランダムに溶接しようとする
場合には、本来、この種のスタツド溶接の特長で
ある簡便性や効率的な溶接作業性が損なわれ、結
果として溶接作業は非能率的となる。

るスタツドに合わせて容易にスタツド装着孔径を

タツドを選択的に溶接する場合に極めて効率よく
スタツド溶接を行なうことができる。
