[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a weighing, packaging, and pricing device, specifically, it automatically packages products after weighing them, and then labels the required information based on the data at the time of weighing. Along with printing,
The present invention relates to an improvement of a label printer in a device for pasting the label onto packaged products.

(Prior Art) In this type of weighing, packaging, and pricing device, the packaging section is disposed between the weighing section and the label printing and pasting section, so the distance between the weighing section and the label printing and pasting section becomes long. Therefore, after a series of tasks such as packaging the weighed product, printing and pasting the label after packaging, the processing speed is such that the next product is processed (in other words, one product is processed in one cycle). will drop significantly. Therefore, in this type of weighing, packaging, and pricing processing, one product is weighed, packaged, and priced in multiple cycles.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the conventional apparatus described above, the label printed and issued by the label printer does not contain the data of the product that has just been weighed, but the data of the product that has been weighed previously.

Therefore, even if a measurement error occurs during the weighing process or a packaging error occurs during the packaging process, the data for the incorrect product will also be sequentially stored in the storage unit of the label printer, and the incorrect stored data will remain unchanged. If a printed label is attached to a packaged product, or if a product is deleted midway through, the order of the data does not match the order of the sequentially sent products, and a label with other product data printed on the packaged product is attached. Causes problems.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the method of the present invention includes a weighing process of weighing a product, a packaging process of automatically packaging the product after measurement is completed, and a label printer for storing required data of the product. a printing and pasting step in which the labels are sequentially printed on the labels and the labels are pasted on the packaged products that have been packaged; and a transport means that transports the products or packaged products between the weighing and packaging steps, and between the packaging and printing and pasting steps. In an apparatus in which products are transferred intermittently at predetermined intervals, a detection means for detecting an abnormal state of the product is provided between the weighing step and the printing and pasting step, and a detection signal from the detection means is used to send the product to the label printer. Delete the stored data of the corresponding product.

Abnormal conditions for the above product include: [] The weight of the product measured in the weighing section is not within the allowable range, and the weight is abnormal, such as being less than or more than that. [] The product is not properly packaged due to a malfunction in the packaging section. Cases such as when a product is left in the device or when a product on the transfer section is missing due to rejection of defective products or a malfunction in the packaging section. (Function) According to the above means, the product that is intermittently transferred at predetermined intervals from the weighing process to the printing and pasting process passes through the detection means provided between the processes, but if an abnormality occurs at any stage. When detected, the weighing data of the corresponding product for which the detection signal was output is erased from the storage section of the label printer, and no labels are printed or issued, and the data of normal products are printed and issued one after another.

The registers 11, 12, 13, and 14 take in data for each synchronization signal regardless of whether or not a product is being weighed. That is, if the synchronization signal is received when no weighing is being performed or when the weight has not stabilized yet, zero data (hatched in the figure) is input into the register 11.

However, when the weight becomes stable after weighing and a synchronization signal is received, the measured value data a 1 ′a 2 ′, a 3 ′, a 4 ′, and a 5 ′ are taken into the register 11. Therefore, if product a is delivered to transfer section D in the state shown in Fig. 3B, register 1

The presence or absence of detection by the detector 10 is shown in FIG. Therefore, if product A2 is missing on the way,
When the data a 2 ′ comes to be called, the detector 10 detects an abnormal state in which there is no product a 2 , and the detection signal P enters the control mechanism 2 and outputs the product a 2 stored in the register 14 . The data a 2 ' is erased, the printing device 3 does not operate, and label printing is prohibited.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, in the weighing/packaging/pricing device, when an abnormal condition of the product between the weighing section and the label printing and pasting section is detected, the corresponding error condition is stored in the storage section of the label printer. Since the stored data corresponding to the product is erased, it is possible to prevent the issuance of wasteful labels that are printed with incorrectly stored information, eliminate mismatch between the product and the label, and prevent data aggregation errors.
