Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a safety characteristic of an air feeding or air discharging cylinder of a forced air feeding or discharging type combustion equipment for use in a hot water feeder and the like by a method wherein an air feeding cylinder is coaxially arranged at an outer circumference of the air discharging cylinder, a temperature sensing element is arranged at an inner surface of the air discharging cylinder and it is connected to a control unit by a lead line which is fused at a predetermined temperature. CONSTITUTION:An air feeding cylinder 13 with its both ends being closed is arranged coaxially at an outer circumference of an air discharging cylinder 12, a temperature sensing element 17 is set at an inner surface of an air discharging cylinder 12 near an air outlet port 13b of the air feeding cylinder 13. It is connected to a controller (not shown) of a combustion equipment by a lead line fused at a predetermined temperature. With this arrangement, in case that a temperature of discharged gas detected by the temperature sensing element 17 is lower than a temperature indicated under a normal combustion state, it is judged that the air discharging pipe is displaced and then the operation is terminated. When abnormally temperature ridges, the lead line 13 is fused. In this way, the control device may judge it as an abnormal state and terminate the operation. In this way, it is possible to improve a safety characteristic.

In this example, a feed cylinder 13 with both ends closed is disposed coaxially around the outer circumference of an exhaust pipe 12. The exhaust pipe 12 has an exhaust port 12a at its tip, and is connected to the combustion appliance 14 via an exhaust pipe 15 at the other end. In addition, the supply cylinder 13 has an air intake port 13a in the peripheral wall of the end on the same side as the exhaust port 12a of the exhaust pipe 12, and an air outlet 13a in the other end.

A temperature sensing element 17 is installed on the inner surface 12b of the exhaust pipe 12 near the air outlet 13b of the supply cylinder 13, and a lead wire 18 is wired between the temperature sensing element 17 and the controller 14a of the combustion appliance 14. There is. This lead wire 18 has a characteristic that it melts when it reaches a predetermined temperature, and the exhaust pipe 1

When the combustion device 14 is operated, the supply cylinder 1 of the supply and exhaust pipe 11
Combustion air is sent from 3 to the combustion device 14 via the air supply pipework 6, and exhaust gas generated by combustion in the combustion device 14 is sent to the exhaust pipe 12 of the air supply and exhaust pipe 11 via the exhaust pipe 15. , are discharged to the outside from the exhaust port 12a. Furthermore, when the combustion appliance 14 is operated, the temperature detection element 1 is activated at the same time.
7 measures the temperature of the exhaust gas passing through the exhaust stack 12 and transmits it as a voltage signal to the controller 14a of the combustion appliance 14.

The temperature of the exhaust gas discharged from the combustion appliance 14 normally shows a roughly fixed value depending on the model, but on the other hand, the temperature of the exhaust gas detected by the temperature detection element 17 only obtains a value lower than the above value. If not, the controller 14a determines that there is an abnormality and stops the operation of the combustion appliance 14. That is, when the short pipe 15a of the exhaust pipe 15 is disconnected, the exhaust gas leaks and is no longer sent to the supply/exhaust pipe 11. As a result, the temperature inside the exhaust pipe 12 of the supply/exhaust pipe 11 is lower than that of the combustion appliance 14. This shows a low value even though the fuel is burning.

Therefore, by detecting the temperature inside the exhaust stack 13 while the combustion appliance 14 is operating, it is possible to discover the disconnection of the short pipe 15a of the exhaust pipe 15.

On the other hand, if the combustion appliance 14 deteriorates for some reason, the exhaust gas temperature may rise abnormally. When the exhaust gas temperature rises abnormally, the mounting wall 19 to which the supply and exhaust pipe 11 is attached
This may cause discoloration of the product, and may even lead to a fire. In this embodiment, the temperature sensing element 17 and the controller 1
The lead wire 18 connecting to the exhaust gas 4a is made of a wire that melts and breaks when it reaches a certain temperature, so if the exhaust gas temperature rises abnormally, the lead wire 18 will break.

Further, since the lead wire 18 is wired along and in contact with the exhaust pipe 15, when the exhaust pipe 15 becomes disconnected, the lead wire 18 is disconnected, and as a result, the controller 12a detects an abnormality, and the combustion appliance 14 can be stopped.

Effects of the Invention As described above, in the supply and exhaust pipe of the present invention, the supply pipe connected to the combustion appliance via the air supply pipe is coaxially disposed on the outer periphery of the exhaust pipe connected to the combustion equipment via the exhaust pipe. By installing a temperature detection element on the inner surface of the exhaust pipe by connecting it to the controller of the combustion appliance using a lead wire that is fused at a predetermined temperature, it is possible to prevent exhaust gas leakage due to the exhaust pipe becoming dislocated. In addition to being able to immediately detect and respond to occurrences, it is also possible to detect and respond to abnormal rises in exhaust gas temperature due to deterioration of combustion equipment, especially when exhaust gas temperatures rise abnormally.

As described above, by controlling by the mechanical means of fusing the lead wire, it is possible to reliably stop the operation of the combustion appliance and to prevent restart of operation. This makes it possible to prevent accidents such as indoor oxygen deficiency and carbon oxide poisoning due to exhaust gas leaks, and to prevent discoloration of the mounting wall of the supply and exhaust stack when the exhaust gas temperature rises abnormally due to some kind of deterioration of the combustion equipment. Problems such as the fear of fire outbreak can be solved.
