Claims (1)
原料気体を供給し、前記吸着塔が昇圧状態にある
間に取出用弁を開弁させて該吸着剤により生成さ
れた製品ガスを取出しタンク内に蓄圧する気体分
離装置において、 前記タンク内の製品ガスを前記吸着塔あるいは
吸着塔の上流側に環流せしめる通路と、前記通路
に設けられた開閉弁と、前記タンクより取出され
る製品ガスの濃度を測定する濃度測定手段と、前
記濃度測定手段からの信号に基づき前記製品ガス
の濃度が所定以下であるときのみ前記開閉弁を開
