Industrial application field This invention sets the entire ladle in a vacuum container,
This invention relates to an emergency pit in a vacuum vessel for minimizing damage and speeding recovery in the event of an accident involving molten steel leaking from the bottom of a ladle in a refining device. Prior Art VOD is a well-known refining device in which the entire ladle is set in a vacuum container and gas is blown into it under reduced pressure. Furthermore, recently, it has become common practice to inject powder into molten steel along with a large amount of gas. A porous plug for bubbling and other sliding nozzles are attached to the bottom of the ladle for these refining devices, as seen in, for example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 55-89417. For both of these, holes are made in the iron skin at the bottom of the ladle,
Since the refractories are installed by inserting them from the bottom, if they are not properly managed or the refractories are abnormally eroded, there is a possibility that a major accident may occur due to leakage of molten steel during processing. In this case, if there is an emergency pit under the ladle that can store one charge or more of molten steel, the damage can be minimized, but this will simply increase the internal volume of the vacuum chamber and increase equipment costs. There's a problem. Furthermore, even if an emergency pit is installed, it works to reduce the direct damage caused by a molten steel spill by simply securing space for one charge, but once molten steel spills into the emergency pit, To take out the molten steel, after the molten steel has solidified and cooled, a person enters the pit and melts it into small blocks using O2 gas, etc., and lifts it with a crane or the like and takes it out of the vacuum chamber. The work was extremely hot, heavy, unsafe, long and extremely taxing. Problems that the invention aims to solve The purpose of the invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems in the restoration work by dividing the pit into small blocks so that the molten steel that has flowed out under the ladle can be easily taken out. The purpose is to provide an emergency pit that enables quick operations. Means to Solve the Problems In other words, the gist of the present invention relates to an emergency pit in a vacuum container, in which a ladle is installed inside and a fireproof wall is installed at the bottom of the vacuum container for refining. A hot water basin consisting of a plurality of small blocks divided by a water basin is provided, and a lifting jig for the spilled metal is installed in each basin. This is due to the grooves. The operation will be explained in detail below based on the illustrated example. FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram of a refining apparatus having an emergency pit according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a partially detailed diagram of the emergency pit according to the present invention. In Fig. 1, 1 is a ladle containing molten steel, 2 is a sliding nozzle device attached to the bottom of the ladle, 3 is a porous plug for bubbling, 4 is a lower vacuum chamber, and 5 is installed at the bottom of the lower vacuum chamber 4. 6 is a refractory wall constituting the emergency pit, and 7 is a water reservoir. Further details of the emergency pit 5 are shown in Figure 2.
If molten steel leaks from the sliding nozzle device 2 or bubbling porous plug 3 during processing, the molten steel is stored in a sump (hereinafter referred to as a small block) 7 consisting of a small block surrounded by a refractory wall 6. do. A distribution groove 8 is provided so that when the small block 7 is filled with molten steel, the molten steel is distributed to the adjacent small block 7. In addition, in order to take out the leaked metal, divide only the part that is connected to the neighboring block through the distribution groove 8 using O 2 gas, etc., and then hook it with a wire or hook to the lifting jig 9 and lift it with a crane. Can be taken out easily. Lifting jig 9
is stably erected on the base plate 10, and a sleeve-shaped refractory 11 is installed on the outside of the part above the base plate 10 that comes into contact with the molten steel, so as to prevent it from being melted by the flowing molten steel. Examples Next, Table 1 shows examples of implementations according to the present invention.

[Table] Effects of the invention By providing the emergency pit according to the invention described above, recovery work in the event of a molten steel spill accident becomes easier. Whereas it would have taken one week, with this invention it was possible to remove the bullion in one day and restore the emergency pit in about two days, making it possible to significantly shorten the recovery work time even by combining the two. . In addition, the effectiveness of the invention is significant, as it reduces the need for high-temperature, heavy-duty work and improves safety when lifting metal by using a lifting jig.
