[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention has a pair of core protrusions for locking the right and left wheels protruding from the left and right middle of the elastic crawler belt, and an external force acting on the inner surface of the belt on both left and right sides of these protrusions. A group of roller-type ground rollers are arranged in parallel in the front and back direction on the front and rear sides of the truck frame, and movable ground rollers are arranged at the front and rear intermediate portions of these wheels so that they can freely move up and down and are biased downward. and a guide for preventing the belt from coming off that engages between the protrusions,
The present invention relates to a crawler traveling device configured to have a length extending over a plurality of ground contact wheels and fixed to the track frame.

Conventionally, in the above-mentioned crawler traveling device, a flat guide on the lower surface is inserted between the protrusions across multiple ground contact wheels in order to restrict the lateral movement of the crawler belt against the wheels that causes the belt to come off. It was fixed to the truck frame in a state where it was fixed.

The conventional drawbacks are as follows. In other words, when the belt tilts in front of the ground contact wheel and moves laterally due to the unevenness of the ground, the ground contact wheel rides on the protrusion of the metal core protruding from the belt, causing the belt to come off. Because this is likely to happen, the guide was configured to have a length that spanned multiple ground contact wheels, but between the ground contact wheels, the crawler belt was bent upward due to the unevenness of the ground and came into contact with the lower surface of the guide. On the other hand, as the crawler belt rotates, it comes into contact with the internal tension wheel and the sprocket teeth of the drive wheel, so the elastic coating on the inner surface of the belt is worn out between the protrusions of the core metal, causing damage to the core metal. A part of the core metal tends to be exposed, and as a result, the exposed part of the core metal comes into contact with the lower surface of the guide, which increases the running load due to the sliding resistance, or partially wears out the core metal, causing it to become weaker. There was also a risk of it breaking due to engagement with the sprocket teeth. Furthermore, when boarding the aircraft on a protruding section, the front and rear of the aircraft has a long straight ground contact surface, so in order to reduce the risk of maneuvering due to sudden tilting caused by sudden movement of the aircraft's center of gravity, When the rollers in the intermediate portion are configured to be movable up and down, the amount of deflection of the belt tends to increase, and the above-mentioned problems are particularly noticeable.

In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the purpose of the present invention is to create a structure that allows the crawler belt to bend in order to smoothly overcome the protruding portion, while effectively preventing the belt from coming off. and,
The purpose is to suppress contact between the anti-slip guide and the crawler belt.

The characteristic configuration of the present invention is that, in the crawler traveling device described at the beginning, the guides are respectively disposed at the front and rear ends of the crawler belt ground contact portion, and the lower surface of the guide is attached to each of the outer roller type ground contact rollers. The part located in between is configured to have an upwardly concave curved shape, and its functions and effects are as follows.

In other words, by arranging the guides at the front and rear ends, when the aircraft is moving forward or backward, the crawler grounding part receives ground reaction force due to the weight of the aircraft, and the forced rotational force from the drive sprocket is applied to the crawler, causing it to touch the ground. This effectively prevents the wheel from slipping off at the front and rear ends of the ground contact portion where it is easy for the wheel to ride on the core protrusion. Also, between multiple ground wheels,
Even if the crawler belt is bent upward due to uneven ground, etc., the lower surface of the guide is curved upward, making it difficult for the crawler belt to come into contact with the lower surface of the guide.

As a result, by rationally arranging the guides, it was possible to effectively prevent the crawler belt from coming off, and to smoothly get over the protrusion. Moreover, by simply changing the shape of the guide, it is advantageous in terms of cost, and it effectively suppresses contact between the exposed part of the core metal and the guide, reducing the risk of increased running load and wear and tear of the core metal. It is now possible to provide a crawler traveling device with excellent running performance that is less likely to cause such inconveniences.

To configure a crawler traveling device installed in a mobile agricultural machine such as a combine harvester or an earthwork vehicle such as a transport vehicle, a drive wheel 2 and a tension wheel 3 are arranged at both the front and rear ends of a truck frame 1. A large number of core metals 5 having a pair of left and right protrusions 5a, 5a projecting inward from the belt 4 are embedded in the rubber crawler belt 4 that has been wound around the belt 4 at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction of the belt. The engagement hole 4 with the sprocket tooth 2a of the drive wheel 2 is formed in the belt 4 in the portion located between the
A plurality of 6 groups of outer rotor-type grounding wheels that act on the inner surface of the belt 4 on both left and right sides of the core bar protrusions 5a and 5a groups are arranged on the front and rear sides of the truck frame 1 in the front-rear direction. Furthermore, a movable grounding roller 7 is arranged in a portion of the truck frame 1 at an intermediate position between the six groups of outer rotor type grounding wheels at the front and rear, in a vertically movable and downwardly biased state. It has been done. The movable ground rolling wheel 7 is configured as an inner rolling wheel that engages between the left and right middle of the left and right core bar protrusions 5a, 5a, and prevents the belt 4 from coming off while improving the ability of the belt 4 to follow irregularities on the ground. It is configured to do so. and,
6 groups of outer rotor-type ground-contact wheels, each with 6 front and rear ground-contact wheels.
A guide 8 that engages between the core metal protrusions 5a, 5a is extended downward from the track frame 1,
In front of the ground contact wheel 6, the belt 4 is prevented from moving laterally while being tilted due to unevenness of the ground, etc., to prevent the ground contact wheel 6 from riding on the protrusion 5a and causing the belt to come off. It is structured as follows. or,
The guides 8 are disposed at both front and rear ends of the ground contact portion of the crawler belt 4, respectively. The lower surface of both guides 8 is recessed upward in a portion corresponding to between the front and rear adjacent ground contact wheels 6 to form a concave portion 8a, and the crawler is formed between the ground contact wheels 6 by the unevenness of the ground. Even if the belt 4 bends upward, the covering rubber prevents the guide 8 from coming into contact with the central portion of the cored metal 5, which is exposed due to wear due to contact with the inner rolling type tension wheel 3 and the sprocket teeth 2a of the drive wheel 2. Therefore, the structure is such that an increase in running load due to the sliding contact resistance and wear and tear on the core bar 5 are reduced.
