Because it is difficult to install blocking boards around the equipment, it remains exposed, and a large amount of snow accumulates on these parts, which hinders maintenance and inspection of safety during high-speed driving in snow. It was hot.

Efforts are being made to prevent snow from adhering to the equipment 3 when driving in the snow, but the trolley 6 and its surroundings are left exposed because it is difficult to cover them with a cover plate 5 or the like. Therefore, when driving in snow, a large amount of snow would adhere to this area.

Air 10 is sucked in through the air conditioning plate 8 and the suction airway 9, and the equipment 3 is cooled, and the exhaust air 11, which has reached a high temperature, is discharged and discharged to the outside of the vehicle via the airflow path 12 and the air conditioning plate 13.

The air duct 14 is divided from the center of the vehicle 1 to the left and right, and guided to both sides of the truck 6 through the floor 16. After cooling the equipment 3, the hot exhaust air 11 is transferred to the truck 6. A suitable number of exhaust ports 15 are provided from the air duct 14 toward areas where snow is likely to adhere. In addition, the air regulating plate 13 of the discharge part is structured to be openable and closable by a blocking plate or a shutter mechanism, etc.
Normally, this air baffle plate 13 is left in the "open" state to cool down the equipment 3 and then the high-temperature exhaust air 11 is discharged to the outside of the vehicle. When it snows, this air baffle board 13 is left in the "closed" state and the equipment 3 is cooled down. By discharging the exhaust air 11 which has become high temperature after cooling the air duct 3 to the truck 6 from the exhaust port 15 through the air duct 14, the truck 6 is evenly preheated from the left and right sides by the heat of the exhaust air 11, and The air flow of this exhaust air 11 prevents snow from accreting.

ある。 According to such a configuration, by supplying the high-temperature exhaust air 11 that has cooled the equipment to the trolley part,
It is possible to prevent snow from adhering to the truck portion. Therefore, damage to the equipment due to falling snow can be prevented and safety can be ensured. In addition, the air duct 14 branching from the discharge air passage 12 is installed from the center of the car body in the front and back direction, penetrating the equipment room of the floor 16 and extending to the surrounding area of the bogie.
There is no need for a complicated configuration such as penetrating the underframe. Furthermore, the supply of exhaust air 11 to the truck can be controlled by a simple operation of adjusting the opening degree of the air baffle plate 13, and unnecessary heating of the truck can be prevented.
