In a powder coating apparatus having such a configuration, when applying one load of multicolor powder, first the powder applying panel 13 is attached to the hanging fitting 12.
The object to be coated 15 is further hung from the hanging tool 16. Subsequently, each channel member 14 is passed through the vibro.
At the same time, compressed air is sent into the painting booth 4 from the round channel members 1 and 1 and the bottom channel member 5.
Try to breathe in the air inside. Next, the paint powder of a predetermined color selected in advance is applied to the object 1 using the spray gun 17.
Inject towards 5. Then, a part of the sprayed powder paint directly hits the object to be coated 15 and coats it according to the electrostatic coating method, while another part of the powder paint hits the powder coating panel 13 and coats it according to the electrostatic coating method. It is reflected and coats the back and side surfaces of the object IS. Furthermore, the powder paint that was not coated on the object to be coated is applied to the side wall 1 of the painting booth 4. Tenbu 2. The compressed air ejected from the opening of the channel member 5 heading into the enclosure on the floor 3 is forcibly moved from the periphery of the channel member 5 to the center of the coating booth 4, and the top part is collected in a fallen powder collection box. . On the other hand, the insides of the opening grooves 14a of the four round channel members 14 provided near the center are under negative pressure through the pipes 18, so fine particles of powder move inward from the periphery. The body paint flows through the channel member 14 through the opening groove 14a.
.. It is discharged to the outside through pipe 18. In addition, powder paint on the top part that falls inside the painting booth 4 is collected in a falling powder collection box 2.
The powder paint accumulated on the floor 3 is sucked into the channel member 5 of the floor 3 and discharged.

After that, the powder paint accumulated on the side wall 1 and the bottom part 3 is stirred up with a spatula and dropped into the opening groove 5a of the channel member 5 around the side wall 1 and the bottom part 3, and the inside of the channel member 5 of the bottom part 3 is drawn to negative pressure. , cleaning inside the painting booth can be completed quickly and easily. Although not shown in the drawings, a filter material is attached to the opening groove 5a of the channel member 5 dedicated to air supply.

Further, in the above embodiment, the channel member 5 is connected to the side wall 1. Although the case where the frame is provided as a frame at the corner part of the painting booth 4 consisting of the top part 2 and the floor part 3 has been described, it is provided in the flat part of the side wall 1 as shown in FIG. It can also be provided so that it becomes - and the road surface. Therefore, according to this, the air supply and exhaust through the channel member 5 can be made more efficient, and multiple air supply and exhaust can be performed.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 9, the channel member 5 has the opening groove 5a facing the orthogonal surface at the corner, so that the powder coating can be easily removed by spatula work and air blowing. It can be poured into the groove. Moreover, in the floor part 3, one or more can be laid not only in the corner part but also in the middle of the internal panel 10 as shown in FIG. In this case, it is necessary to provide the panel 10 with a slit that communicates with the opening groove 5a. moreover,
When this channel member 5 also serves as a frame forming the paint booth 4, it is advantageous in terms of manufacturing, economy, and structure.

Furthermore, the hopper structure as mentioned above is no longer required,
Therefore, any material such as stainless steel, plastic, or glass can be used for the side wall 1 of the painting booth 4, and the directionality and air volume of the airflow inside the painting booth 4 can be arbitrarily and appropriately set by using the channel member 5゜14. Therefore, it is possible to effectively suppress the powder paint from flowing into the four rows of painting booths, and it is also possible to effectively prevent the powder paint from adhering to the wall surface.

[Effects of the Invention J As described above, according to the present invention, in a powder coating apparatus that sprays powder coating material with a spray gun to an object to be coated located in a coating booth,
Channel members with opening grooves for air supply or exhaust are installed in at least one or more of the side walls, floor, and top of the painting booth, so that forced air supply and exhaust can be carried out at important points in the painting booth. Powder paint can be efficiently discharged, and powder paint adhering to side walls, ceilings, and floors can be scraped off and cleaned with air blowing easily and quickly, even in every corner. Effects such as being able to suppress adhesion of powder paint to the side walls and the like can be obtained.
