Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 空気圧などのガス圧又は油圧で作動するピ
ストンの往復運動を、或いは空気圧などのガス圧
又は油圧で作動するピストンの往運動とばねの弾
発力で作動する該ピストンの復運動とを組合せて
なるピストンの往復運動を、該ピストンに形成し
たラツクと駆動軸に固定したピニオンとで構成し
たラツクアンドピニオン機構によつて該駆動軸の
正逆回転運動に変換し、主として該駆動軸を弁棒
に連結してボール弁、バタフライ弁などのバルブ
を開閉するのに用いるロータリアクチユエータで
あつて、該ピニオンを複数個の短ピニオンを積み
重ねて構成したことを特徴とするロータリアクチ
ユエータ。 (2) 空気圧などのガス圧又は油圧で作動するピ
ストンの往運動とばねの弾発力で作動する該ピス
トンの復運動とを組合せてなるピストンの往復運
動を、該ピストンに形成したラツクと駆動軸に固
定したピニオンとで構成したラツクアンドピニオ
ン機構などによつて該駆動軸の正逆回転運動に変
換し、主として該駆動軸を弁棒に連結してボール
弁、バタフライ弁などのバルブを開閉するのに用
いるロータリアクチユエータであつて、該ばねを
複数個のコイルばねで構成し、このコイルばねの
軸線が前記ピストンの軸線を中心線とする円筒面
上で該中心線に平行でかつ適宜の間隔を持つよう
に配置し、該コイルばねの装着個数を変更し得る
よう構成したことを特徴とするロータリアクチユ
エータ。 (3) 空気圧などのガス圧又は油圧で作動するピ
ストンの往運動とばねの弾発力で作動する該ピス
トンの復運動とを組合せてなるピストンの往復運
動を、該ピストンに形成したラツクと駆動軸に固
定したピニオンとで構成したラツクアンドピニオ
ン機構によつて該駆動軸の正逆回転運動に変換し
、主として該駆動軸を弁棒に連結してボール弁、
バタフライ弁などのバルブを開閉するのに用いる
ロータリアクチユエータであつて、該ピニオンを
複数個のピニオンを積み重ねて構成すると共に、
該ばねを複数個のコイルばねで構成し、このコイ
ルばねの軸線が前記ピストンの軸線を中心線とす
る円筒面上で該中心線に平行でかつ適宜の間隔を
持つように配置し、該コイルばねの装着個数を変
更し得るよう構成したことを特徴とするロータリ
アクチユエータ。
