- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 固体撮像素子の各受光部に対向する集光部を持
つ集光手段の該集光部以外の部分に遮光部を形成
し、 前記集光部と各受光部を対向させて固体撮像素
子の前面に前記集光手段を設けることを特徴とす
る固体撮像装置。
