この考案は、フロツピーデイスクで代表される

が仮想折れ線4を介して連設され、表カバー2の
残りの三辺にそれぞれ溶着代5が仮想折れ線6を
介して連設されている。この表カバー2と裏カバ
ー3は仮想折れ線4に該当する箇所を過熱軟化さ
せて折り曲げることにより互いに重ね合わす。し
かる後、上下の溶着代5,5は仮想折れ線6,6
に該当する箇所を同じく過熱軟化させて折り曲げ
て裏カバー3の外表面に熱溶着し、未溶着の後側
方の開口部よりデイスク12を挿入したのち、後
側方の溶着代5を裏カバー3の外表面上に折り重
ねて熱溶着したものとなつている(例えば、実開
昭58−94180号)。

部10を形成することによつて、表カバー2の仮
想折れ線6,6どうしが直交する隅角部をも角落
とししてあるので、該隅角部が表カバー外方へは
み出すようなことが無くて寸法の安定したものを
得ることができる。
