ようにしているのであるが、次に回動軸部30と付勢体
36とによって構成されたこの抵抗付加手段について説
明する。 両栓刃3,3の基端に固着した回動軸部30は、第1図
から明らかなように、はぼ90’間隔に並ぶ3つのリブ
31.32.33を放射状に備えたものとなっており、
ばね38によって回動軸部30側へと付勢されている付
