Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a display part from being easily erased and to display it sharply and prominently by performing the secondary molding of the display part of a character and a symbol, etc., on a main body case with a plastic material with a color different from that of the main body case after performing the primary molding of the main body case by a dichroic molding method. 外表面に付するにはそれら表示の印刷を施したラベルを
貼着することが多いが、ラベルでは手が頻繁に触れるこ
とによりその印刷表示の剥がれ落ら、消え易い、変褪色
等の問題があって、恒久性に欠く。とくにA−B面表示
やテープ走行方向表示などについては使用上きわめて重
要であり、これらが不鮮明になって読み取れなくなると
誤操作を招来しやすい。

次成形用の上金型3の真下に旋回移動する。この一連の
動作を繰り返すことによって本体ケース1の連続成形が
可能となる。
