On the downstream side of this discharge section, a filter for collecting dust accumulated in this discharge section is installed, and an electric filter 6 of about 105 to 1080 is disposed. An exhaust port 6 and a switch section 7 are arranged at the top of the main body. On the other hand, inside the main body, a thin chamber 9 is defined via a partition member 8, and a fan 11 directly connected to a drive motor 10 is housed. The thin chamber 9 communicates with the upstream side of the air flow path through the suction hole 8a of the partition wall member 8, and also communicates with the exhaust port 6 on the downstream side 1d. A discharge counter electrode member 12 made of a strong conductive material such as heavy galvanized steel is arranged between the filter 6 and the pre-filter 4 which are arranged on the upstream side of the fan 11.

In the discharge pair distortion, an opening 13 is formed by cutting and raising the flange 12& of the member 12, and a discharge electrode 14 made of a thin tungsten wire or the like is stretched between the openings 13, facing the flange 121L. . A DC high voltage of 6 to aKV is continuously applied between the discharge electrode 14 and the open-air pair 121L from a high-voltage power source (not shown) to cause corona discharge between the two electrodes. The fine dust that has passed through the pre-filter 4 is ionized in this corona discharge region and is electrically adsorbed by the static electricity filter 15 of the filter 6. Problems to be Solved by the Invention Now, the filter 6 disposed on the downstream side of the discharge 114 has a static electricity filter 16 and a deodorizing filter 16 supported by a case body 19.20. However, the opposing ribs 20 of the front body 2, the ribs sb of the partition wall 8, and the ribs 8
A gap inevitably occurs between the case body 19.c and the case body 15. In addition to the main flow that passes through the deodorizing filter 16, a branch flow that passes through this gap is generated. On the other hand, it is difficult to eliminate the gaps in the joint part 21 between the spaced apart rib 8o and the opposing rib 2d, and the joint part 22 between the front body 2 and the rear body 3 due to dimensional variations, deformation, warping, etc. of the members. A cutout 26.2f for inserting the insulating tube 19 is added to form an air flow path for sucking dirty air from outside the main body. When the dust collecting filter 16 becomes clogged and its ventilation resistance increases, the divided flow increases, and this divided flow increases the air flow in the air flow path from the joining portion 22. Due to this busy air flow, the inner wall surface 2g of the front body 2 gradually becomes dirty. The surface electrical resistance of the front body 20 made of synthetic resin is usually 1o13.

When the surface electrical resistance decreases to 108 ΩaK due to dirt, a potential is induced in the mating part 22 through the support metal fitting 1T, and if a human body were to touch the mating part 22 and intervene between the ground of the pond, this potential would cause an electric potential. You will be shocked. This electric shock is a minute current of several micrometers, so it does not damage the human body, but it is undesirable. The present invention eliminates these conventional problems and improves the safety of air purifiers. The purpose is to

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has a configuration in which a conductive member is arranged on the inner wall near the joint of the main body to which the discharge electrode is attached, and the conductive member and the discharge pair are electrically connected. Function In the air cleaner of the present invention configured as described above, even if the member to which the discharge electrode is attached becomes dirty and the electrical resistance decreases, a conductive member is placed on the inner wall near the joint, and the conduction is carried out by the member. Since the electrode is connected to the discharge counter electrode, that is, the earth electrode, the potential does not reach the outside of the main body, thereby eliminating the possibility of receiving an electric shock.

The high potential from the supporting metal fitting 17 that stretches the discharge electrode 14 passes through the internal surface 2C of the main body 2, which is gradually contaminated, before reaching the joint 22, and is then transferred by the conductive member 31 to the discharge counter electrode 12. That is, it is led to the ground pole, and therefore no potential is induced in the junction 22. In addition, when the support metal fitting 17 of the discharge electrode 14 is attached and arranged on the front grill side of the front body 2 or on the inner surface of the front grill /v1, the potential induced from the discharge electrode is between the front body 2 and the front grill /L/v1. In order to eliminate this problem, the conductive member 31 may be placed on the inner surface near the joint 34. Furthermore, if it is difficult to extend the conductive member 31 to the inner surface of the joint portions 22 and 34, it can be easily done by applying a conductive varnish coating.

The discharge needles 66 are pointed discharge needles that protrude from the holding member 66 at a plurality of locations, and are arranged to face each other between the discharge counter electrodes 64. This discharge electrode 66 is used as an anode, and the counter electrode 64 is used as a negative discharge, and a DC high voltage of 6 to aKV is applied to generate a corona discharge. The other end flexible portion 57b is arranged so as to be able to come into elastic sliding contact with the prefilter 47 or the net 47&. The pre-filter 47 has an electrical resistance of about 105 to 1080 and is formed by incorporating a conductive member made of conductive fibers into the net 471L. is arranged in the main stream into which the air is drawn, and the intake port 43
