Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of the metallic net which generates the dielectric polarization in a dust collecting filter by providing a dust collecting filter in the downstream side of a charged part, and the deodorizing filter with the deodorizing material impressed with a negative voltage in the downstream side of the dust collecting filter. CONSTITUTION:Air flow is passed through a charged part 1 where a high voltage of DC is impressed between discharge wires 2 and the confronting electrode plates 3. A dust collecting filter 5 is provided in the downstream side of the charged pert 1, and a deodorizing filter 6A is disposed in the downstream side of the dust collecting filter 5 and a negative voltage is impressed to the deodorizing material of the deodorizing filter.
