In Figures 1 to 4, 1 is an upper door and 2 is a lower door, and the upper and lower doors 1 and 2 are attached to left and right window vertical frames 3 and 3 so as to be vertically movable, and the vertical frame 4 as a whole is vertically long. It is rectangular in shape. From the closed state shown in FIG. , D, so that the concave and convex teeth 5 are interlocked to open and close upward or downward.
The rotor 5 has a rotor 5 around the rotor 5, and a linear meshing portion 6 that meshes with the concave and convex teeth 5a of the rotor 5. Specifically, the rotor 5 is rotatably pivoted by a support shaft 7 to approximately the center in the vertical direction of the left and right window vertical frames 3, 3, and the linear meshing portion 6 is connected to the left and right vertical frames 1A, 1A of the upper door 1. And left and right vertical stile 2A, 2 of lower door 2
The linear meshing portions 6, 6 of the upper door 1 and the lower door 2 mesh with the rotor 5 from front and rear opposite directions.

and a separation part 10 that is fitted and disassembled from the interior 9 side as shown by arrows F and G, and the rotor 5 is attached to the base part 8 via a mounting plate 11 so as to be replaceable. That is, the rotor 5 is pivotally attached to the mounting plate 11 by the support shaft 7, and the mounting plate 11 is removably attached to the base 8 by fasteners 12 such as screws. Further, in the separation part 10, a relief notch 13 is provided in the rotor 5 and its mounting plate 11, and is open to the outside 14 side. Therefore, the separation part 10 and the lower door 2 on the indoor 9 side are integrated into the base 8.
It is possible to remove it from the side toward the indoor room 9, thereby making it easy to assemble and disassemble the upper and lower doors 1, 2 and the rotor 5, and also to quickly perform repairs. 15 is separation section 1

Therefore, a gear is specifically used as the rotor 5, and the linear meshing part 6 is the fifth gear.
As shown in the figure and FIG. 6, the vertical frames 1A and 2A, which are extruded metal members, are integrally stamped by press processing, and each tooth portion 6a has a rectangular shape into which the uneven teeth 5a of the rotor 5 can fit. At the same time, the abutment surface 6b of the uneven tooth 5a with the tooth surface 5b is bent and press-formed into an inclined shape that substantially coincides with the tooth surface 5b. Furthermore, the edges of the stiles 1A and 2A are bent edges 17.
In this way, the linear meshing portion 6 is reinforced.
Note that instead of forming the linear engaging portions 6 in a bent and raised shape, the engaging portions 6 of the vertical frames 1A and 2A are formed as shown in FIG.
The plate thickness t of the forming portion may be made relatively thick and only punching is performed, and the contact surface 6b that contacts the tooth surface 5b may be extruded and chamfered using a press to form the corresponding contact surface 6b in an inclined shape. The linear engaging portions 6 formed in this manner are formed over the entire length of the left and right vertical frames 1A, 1A, 2A, 2A of the upper and lower doors 1, 2, as shown in FIG.

1 and 2, by moving the lower door 2 upward in the direction of arrow E to open the window, the upper door 1 is interlocked with the lower door 2 via the rotor 5.
move downward at the same speed as shown by arrow D, and the upper and lower doors 1 and 2 completely overlap each other at an intermediate position between the upper and lower sides of the window as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 1, so that the window is in its maximum open state. The lower door 2 and the upper door 1 have a linear meshing portion 6.
Since the vertical stile 1A and 2A have the same length as the vertical stile 1A and 2A, they can be moved upward and downward, so that the upper part of the glass surface on the outdoor 14 side of the lower door 2 can be wiped from the indoor 9. It becomes possible. Furthermore, when the upper and lower doors 1 and 2 are transported in a state where they are assembled into the window frame 4, the linear engagement part of the conventional plastic profile may become disengaged from the rotor 5 due to widening deformation of the window frame 4. However, in this embodiment, the linear meshing portion 6
Since it is a punched hole type formed by press working, it will not come off, and furthermore, the locking portion 6c is sufficiently reinforced by the bent edge 17 and will not be damaged or deformed.

In addition to the above-mentioned embodiments, the linear meshing portion 6 has the following features:
For example, although not shown in the drawings, it is possible to form them in the form of comb teeth instead of in the form of punched holes, and it is also preferable to form the spaces between the teeth 6a in a concave form.

The embodiment shown in FIG. 8 shows a hanging door in which the lower door 2 and the upper door 1 open and close in conjunction with each other in the same direction, and the lower door 2 moves a longer distance than the upper door 1.
Specifically, the rotor 5 is rotatably pivoted to the lower end of the upper door 1, and the lower door 2 is provided with a linear meshing portion 6 that meshes with the rotor 5. The frame 3 is provided with a linear meshing portion 6 with which the rotor 5 meshes and rolls.

When the lower door 2 is moved upward as shown by the arrow H, the rotor 5 that meshes with the linear meshing part 6 rotates in the direction of the arrow K and moves over the linear meshing part 6 of the vertical frame 3 into the meshing part. 6 and rolls upward as shown by arrow L, and eventually the upper door 1 rises at half the speed of the lower door 2. Therefore, in this embodiment, a large amount of opening can be secured with respect to the total height of the window. In this embodiment, the linear meshing portion 6 is formed of the lower door 2 of the metal extrusion.
The vertical stile 2A and the vertical frame 3 of the vertical frame 4 are integrally formed by press working as in the above embodiment. Note that 18 indicates a fixed door.

The present invention has effectively achieved the intended purpose with the configuration detailed above. In particular, the linear engagement portion 6 is connected to the vertical frame 3 of the window frame 4 made of extruded metal material or the vertical stile 1A of the doors 1 and 2,
2A is integrally formed by press working, it is easy to process the linear meshing part 6, and the workability of processing and assembly is good. The manufacturing cost can also be reduced. Moreover, it is easier to process the door than plastic molded material. 1,2
It is possible to accommodate various sizes of height dimensions. Furthermore, the strength of the linear meshing part 6 is large and the durability can be improved, and the diameter of the rotor 5 that meshes with the meshing part 6 can be made larger than that in the case where the meshing part 6 is a separate member, and the meshing ratio is is increased, and the durability of the rotor 5 is also improved. Furthermore, each tooth portion 6 of the linear meshing portion 6
Since the abutment surface 6b with the tooth surface 5b of the rotor 5 of a... is formed in an inclined shape that substantially coincides with the tooth surface 5b, the uneven tooth 5a and the tooth portion 6a come into wide surface contact and the surface pressure is reduced. This results in an ideal engagement.
