Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 洗浄液を貯溜する洗浄槽と、洗浄槽の底壁に設
    けた超音波発生器と、洗浄槽内に連設配置された
    複数対の端部挾持型搬送ローラ及び蛇行防止手段
    とを備え、端部挾持型搬送ローラで基板の両側端
    部を挾持搬送しつつ超音波洗浄をするように構成
    した超音波洗浄装置において、 各一対の端部挾持型搬送ローラは、少なくとも
    いずれか一方が、挾持力補強手段を具備して成り
    、基板が洗浄液及び超音波によつて受ける浮力に
    よつて当該搬送ローラの挾持力を補強するように
    構成したことを特徴とする超音波洗浄装置。
