溝である。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又は相
当部分を示す。

- 金型に配置されるキヤビテイブロツクをポーラ
スな焼結合金にて形成すると共に、上記キヤビテ
イブロツク又は上記金型には上記キヤビテイブロ
ツクの裏面を外気に連通する多数の通路を構成し
た半導体樹脂封止装置。
