Conventional strainers are shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, for example.
As shown in the figure, a container-shaped strainer body d is installed in a flow path c that communicates a chemical solution tank a and a water suction pump b.
A cylindrical filter medium e that communicates with the outside and is capable of filtering a chemical solution can be inserted into and taken out of the strainer body d, and an opening g that can be opened and closed by a lid f is formed, and the strainer body d, an inlet h communicating with the upstream side of the flow path c and an outlet i communicating with the downstream side of the flow path C are formed.

However, in the conventional strainer, when the lid f is opened and the filter medium e installed inside is taken out and cleaned, if the chemical remains in the chemical tank a, the chemical is discharged from the opening g of the strainer body d. Therefore, it is necessary to withhold cleaning until the chemical liquid in the chemical liquid tank a is exhausted, or to transfer the chemical liquid discharged from the opening g to another container, which poses problems such as a considerable amount of effort and time.

In addition, to solve this problem, as shown in Fig. 11, there is an opening/closing handle j that is disposed upstream of the strainer body d in the flow path c, but this opening/closing handle j is operated manually. Therefore, if water suction pump b is operated with opening/closing handle j closed due to an incorrect operation, water suction pump b will run idly, resulting in failure of pump b and back pipe of flow path c. This not only causes damage to the
There are problems such as waste caused by working without the chemical being sprayed.

This idea was devised in view of the above-mentioned circumstances.A container-shaped strainer body is disposed in the flow path through which the chemical solution is distributed, and a filter material that communicates with the outside of the strainer body can filter the chemical solution. The strainer body has an inlet communicating with the upstream side of the flow path and an outlet communicating with the downstream side of the flow path, respectively. A valve seat is provided on the upstream side of the inlet, a valve body that can be seated on the valve seat is disposed, and the filter material is stored in the strainer body and the lid is used to store the filter material in the strainer body. The present invention proposes a strainer for a drug dispensing device in which a convex portion is formed to open the valve body when the valve body is in a closed state.

When cleaning the strainer in the above structure,
The lid body is gradually removed from the opening of the strainer body, and just before the O-ring comes off from the opening, the pressure on the valve body by the convex portion is released, and the valve body is pressed against the valve seat by its own weight or the pressing force of the spring. The valve is closed to stop the flow of chemical liquid into the strainer body, and the lid is removed, the filter medium is taken out from the opening, and the inside of the strainer body is cleaned.

In the strainer 4 of this invention, as shown in FIG. 2, a strainer main body 6 is disposed in the flow path 3 and has a cylindrical shape with a bottom and has an opening 5 formed almost entirely on the ceiling. The strainer body 6 is communicated with the chemical tank 1 side, which is the upstream side of the flow path 3, through an inlet 7 formed at the bottom, and an outlet 8 formed at the side of the strainer body 6 is connected through a discharge fitting 9. It is communicated with the water suction pump 2 side, which is the downstream side of the flow path 3. A circular protrusion 10 is formed inside the bottom of the strainer body 6 so as to surround the inlet 7. Inside this protrusion 10, there is a filter material 11 which can be taken in and out from the opening 5 of the strainer main body 6 and is formed into a cylindrical shape with a mesh body.
One end of the is inserted. The other end of the filter medium 11 is fitted and supported by a protrusion 13 formed on the inner surface of a lid 12 that can open and close the opening 5. A circular protrusion 14 that is fitted into the opening 5 is formed on the lid 12, and an O-ring 1 is attached to the outer periphery of the protrusion 14.
5 is attached, and the opening 5 can be closed in a watertight manner by the lid 12. Note that the strainer main body 6 can also be disposed at the connecting portion 1a between the chemical liquid tank 1 and the flow path 3.

A valve seat 20 is provided at the side edge of the chemical liquid tank 1 of the inlet 7.
The valve seat 20 has a circular or square plate-shaped valve body 21 (shown in FIGS. 5 and 6) made of rubber such as NBR or resin such as polypropylene.
It is mounted at the fulcrum portion 21a by a set screw 22. The fulcrum portion 21a is formed with a narrow width through the thin portion 21b, and is formed to facilitate opening and closing of the valve body 21 and to facilitate seating on the valve seat 20. In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, the valve body 21 can also be made of a rust-resistant material such as stainless steel, brass, or resin and have a spherical shape. A spring 24 disposed within a valve case 23 formed at a valve seat 2 always keeps the valve seat 2
Pressed in the 0 direction. A valve 25 is formed by the valve seat 20, the valve body 21, and the like.

In the above structure of this invention, the strainer 4
To clean the strainer, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, gradually remove the lid 12 from the opening 5 of the strainer body 6, and just before the O-ring 15 comes off from the opening 5, Valve body 2 according to section 26
1 is released, and the valve body 21 is released under its own weight or by the spring 2.
The valve 2 is seated on the valve seat 20 by the pressing force of the valve 2.
5 is closed, and the flow of the chemical solution into the strainer body 6 is stopped. Here, remove the lid 12, take out the filter medium 11 from the opening 5, and remove the strainer body 6.
You can clean the inside.

After the cleaning is completed, when the filter medium 11 or the lid 12 is attached to the strainer body 6 again, the convex portion 26 presses the valve body 21, and the valve 25 is automatically opened, so that the chemical solution is discharged from the chemical solution tank 1 into the strainer again. The water flows into the main body 6, passes through the filter medium 11, is filtered, is sucked into the water suction pump 2, and is sprayed from a nozzle.

(1) This strainer allows you to open and close the valve simply by attaching and detaching the lid or inserting and removing the filter material, and the supply of chemical solution can be automatically stopped, so unlike the conventional strainer, you do not have to manually open and close the opening/closing handle. This is not necessary, and it is possible to prevent the water suction pump and piping from being damaged due to idle rotation of the water suction pump due to erroneous operation of the opening/closing knob.
