Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a dust-free garment reduced in the leakage of dust from the inside thereof and useful for clean rooms, etc., by attaching a fastener to an overlapping portion of the garment to cover the portion with a covering member and further attaching the end of the covering member to the body of the garment with another fastener to form a bag at the overlapping portion. CONSTITUTION:An inside fastener 2 is attached to an overlapping portion of a dust-free garment 1 and the fastener 2 is covered with a covering member 4. The end of the covering member 4 is attached to the body 5 of the garment 1 with an outer fastener 3 other than the inner fastener 2 to form a bag comprising the inner side fastener 2, the covering member 4, the outer fastener 3 and the body 5 for preventing the outside leakage of air leaked out from the combining portion of the inner faster 2, thereby providing a dust-free garment 1 reduced in the dust leaked from the inside thereof.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] However, since a closed zipper only connects the unevenness on the left and right sides, when the wearer moves, the air inside passes through the gap between the unevenness of the zipper, passes through the covering part, and is released to the outside. There is a problem in that it leaks and the dust inside the dust-free garment also comes out.

The outer zipper is not particularly limited as long as it prevents the air extracted from the gap between the unevenness of the inner zipper from exiting to the outside, but for example,
A hermetic seal consisting of a convex rail and a concave rail as shown in the figure is preferred.

These convex rails and concave rails are made of flexible and elastic materials such as plastics such as polyethylene, fluororesin, and polypropylene, and there are no particular limitations on their cross-sectional shape. They can be brought together (Fig. 2b), but they can be easily separated by peeling them off by hand.

Example 1 A dust-free garment with an inner plastic zipper (2) on the front as shown in Figures 1 and 2a-2b
1), the hands and feet are placed in a dust-free garment made of dust-free cloth with a fluororesin airtight seal (outer zipper) (3) attached to the front body (5) and covering part (4) by inoculation. The inner zipper (2) and sealing seal (outer zipper) (3) were closed to make the meeting area into a bag shape. Wear low-dust gloves on your hands, dust-free gloves on your feet, and a hood made of the same material as the dust-free clothes on your head. After passing through a filter, clean air with a controlled number of dust particles is released. When we entered a room that was constantly supplied with air from the ceiling and exhausted below the floor, and handled wafers on the workbench and set them into the equipment, we found that dust that had traditionally come out of the zipper and fell onto the workbench was removed. The number has decreased.

Comparative Example 1 When the same work as in Example 1 was performed while wearing the conventional dust-free clothing shown in Figure 3, which was made of the same dust-free cloth as in Example 1 and did not have an airtight seal, no body movements were observed. As the air inside was forced out, a lot of dust fell onto the workbench as usual.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the dust-free clothing of the present invention has two zippers attached to make the meeting area into a bag shape, thereby preventing air leaking from the area where the unevenness of the inner zipper is connected. Since it is prevented from coming out, it has the effect of reducing the amount of dust leaking from the inside of the dust-free clothing.
