[Field of application of the invention] This invention relates to an overall type dust-proof garment, and more specifically, the dust-containing air generated from the clothes worn under the dust-proof garment and the inside of the body is removed from the front of the body, such as around the neck and cuffs. Concerning dust-proof clothing that has been improved to prevent concentrated blowouts. [Prior Art] As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, overall type dust-proof clothing is conventionally known as dust-proof clothing. As shown in the figure, in this type, both the upper garment 10' and the lower garment 11' have a lot of room in the width direction, and the waist part 1' is tightened with wide elastic. Regarding neck circumference 2' and cuff circumference 3',
In order to create more room in the body, the neck and cuffs become wider, and when worn, they do not fit closely to the body and there are many gaps. As mentioned above, since there is a lot of room in the width direction and the waist part 1' is tightened with elastic, the air generated in the clothes does not flow towards the lower garment, causing the wearer to slouch forward as shown in Figure 7. When the chest bulges D
This occurs, and air containing a large amount of dust generated from clothing worn under dust-proof clothing and from the body accumulates within this bulge. When you raise your body or get up to return to an upright position from this slouched posture, the air that has accumulated in the bulge of your chest is concentrated into the front of your body from the neck area 2' and cuff area 3' where there are many gaps due to the pump effect. When bubbles hit LSI products or pharmaceuticals, dust gets into them, leading to a high number of defective products. In addition, since the front of the garment is located at the center of the front and is opened and closed using the fastener 5', the fastener will pop out when the chest swells as shown in Figure 7 when bending forward, making the work easier. There were many disadvantages, such as making it difficult to use, and because the body was made of dense fabric, it would get wet if you wore dustproof clothing. [Problems to be solved by the invention] The invention aims to eliminate the drawbacks of the prior art, and its purpose is to prevent bulges from occurring in the chest when bending over, and to minimize the occurrence of bulges even if they occur. To provide an overall type dustproof garment which is designed to reduce the clearance in the width direction of the garment and has excellent dustproof performance without intensive blowing of air from around the neck or cuffs. [Means for Solving the Problems] The object of the present invention is to provide an overall type dustproof garment in which the outer material has an air permeability of 5 c.c./cm.
cm 2 /sec or less, and the back body of the upper garment is made by overlapping the outer material with a lining having an air permeability of 50 c.c./cm 2 /sec or more, and the bottom edge of the lining is sewn to the back body of the lower garment, This is achieved by an overall type dustproof garment characterized in that the outer material of the back body has at least a part of the hem formed in an open type, and the neck and cuffs are each formed in a sealed type. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. In the figure, 10 is the upper garment, 11 is the lower garment, and the back part of the upper garment has a lining C with an air permeability of 50 c.c./cm 2 /sec or more, and a lining C with a lower air permeability than the lining, 5 c.c./cm 2 /sec.
It is made of a fabric with a diameter of cm 2 /sec or less, has an open hem, and is composed of outer material A of the back body of the upper garment, and the lower end of the lining C and the upper end of the back body B of the lower garment are cut edges as shown in Figure 4. It is sewn together to prevent it from coming out. Vertical laminar flow clean rooms are used in the manufacturing industry, such as medical products, where products become defective if dust enters them. These clean rooms have a mechanism in which indoor air is sucked into the floor and purified air is released from the ceiling. Therefore, the air flowing out from the back side of the garment, that is, the lining C, does not become turbulent and can be reliably flowed downward from the hem of the back body, thereby reducing air flow to the product located on the front side of the worker. The adhesion of dust can be completely eliminated. All or part of the hem of the outer material A of the back body is open, and in the example shown in Figure 4, when worn,
To prevent air generated within the garment from blowing out to the front of the body, at least 10 cm from the side seam is sewn to the lower body, leaving only the center part open. In addition, the sewing method is folded-down sewing to avoid uncut edges, and the front hem of the back of the jacket is wrapped in three. As described below, the outer material of the upper garment 10 and the outer material of the lower garment 11 are made of a fabric having lower air permeability than the lining material, and can be made of the same material. In this invention, the fabric used for the outer material of the upper and lower garments is mainly made of wash-resistant synthetic fibers made of long fibers, with a small amount of antistatic fiber mixed in. A high-density material that does not generate dust or static electricity is preferable, and in order to provide dustproof properties, the ventilation amount of the outer material should be 5 c.c./cm 2 /
Must be less than or equal to sec. In addition, the fabric used for the lining of the back of the jacket is preferably a fabric that is wash resistant like the outer fabric, does not generate dust, and does not generate static electricity.
To prevent stuffiness when worn, the ventilation rate of the lining is 50%.
Must be at least cc/cm 2 /sec. In addition, when designing clothing, it is desirable to reduce the amount of room in the width direction so that it fits the body, and to minimize the bulge that occurs in the chest when bending forward. The neck circumference 2 and cuff circumference 3 are made small so that they fit tightly around the neck and wrists, and the collar 4 is made of stretchable fabric that has almost no breathability due to coating. Must be sealed using wide elastic cuffs. Blowouts from the front of the body cannot be prevented unless the neck and cuffs are sealed. When aligning the front, it is preferable to remove the front center and attach the fastener 5 as close as possible to the sleeve attachment and side seam of the left body to prevent the fastener 5 from popping out and make the work easier. As shown in FIG. 3, the collar 4 is of a piping type that wraps around the cut end, and the piping cloth 8 preferably has antistatic properties and is highly elastic. [Example] The outer material is a fabric made of a mixture of 100% polyester long fibers and antistatic fibers, the collar is a 100% nylon knitted fabric coated with neoprene rubber,
The back of the jacket is lined with mesh lining made of 100% polyester, and the cuffs have an elastic width of 2.0.
Overall-type dustproof clothing was sewn using cm flat rubber. As a result of wearing the above dust-proof clothing, there was no air blowing out from around the neck or cuffs, and the air could be certainly blown downward from the hem of the back body.
Also, since there was no fastener in the center of the front, it was easy to work with. Table 1 shows the results of evaluating the performance of this dustproof clothing. [Comparative Example] The back body of the jacket was sewn together with the back body in the same manner as in the example, except that the lower end of the front body and the lower end of the back body were both sewn to the back body of the lower garment without opening the hem of the front body. Table 1 shows the results of evaluating the performance of an overall type dust-proof garment that had a double structure with the body and a sealed neck and cuffs.

[Table] [Effects of the invention] Since the invention is constructed as described above, there is no bulge in the chest even when bending forward, and the air containing dust generated from clothes worn under dust-proof clothing and from the body is prevented. Since the dust can be reliably flowed downward from the hem of the back body, there can be no dust adhering to the product.
