Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain extremely pure water vapor without using motive power by providing a dehumidifying membrane capable of separating water into water and water vapor, a fan on the side of the water vapor separated from water, and a blowoff outlet. CONSTITUTION:A dehumidifying membrane 1 is supported by a casing 2. The casing 2 has a water-feeding port 4 on the water side 3 and a fan 6 and an outlet 7 on the water vapor side 5. The water fed through the water-feeding port 4 permeates the dehumidifying membrane 1 and turns into water vapor. Then the components dissolved in the water remain on the water side 3 without permeating the dehumidifying membrane 1. As a result, the water vapor emanat ing from the dehumidifying membrane 1 is perfectly free from impurities. This water vapor is discharged into an indoor space through the outlet 7 together with a flow of air produced by the fan 6.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to the technology of a humidifier that can easily supply extremely pure water vapor by using a dehumidifying membrane that can separate water into water and water vapor.

従来の技術 従来の加湿器は、 (1) 超音波振動子を利用するもの。Conventional technology Traditional humidifiers are (1) Those that use ultrasonic transducers.

(2)熱源を利用するもの。(2) Items that use a heat source.

(3) ノズルによる噴霧を利用するもの。(3) Those that utilize spraying from a nozzle.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention Indoor humidifiers that utilize the technologies (1) and (3) atomize water and release it directly into the room, so naturally various chemical substances dissolved in the water are also released into the room. will be released. As a result, there were problems such as dissolved components such as calcilum chloride and magnesium chloride adhering to various objects in the room and remaining as white powder. Furthermore, since the humidifier according to the technique (2) is of a type that supplies water vapor indoors, it does not have the above-mentioned problems. However, since the dissolved components precipitate in the heat exchange section, there are problems such as a decrease in heat exchange efficiency. That is, in the present invention, (1) dissolved components that conventional humidifiers have are released into the room.

(2) 溶解成分が析出する。(2) Dissolved components precipitate.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve these objects, the humidifier of the present invention includes a dehumidifying membrane that can separate water into water and steam, a blower installed on the steam side, and a blower that releases the steam into the room. It consists of an air outlet.

Function The humidifier of the present invention is based on the above structure and functions as described below, thereby being able to supply extremely pure water vapor and suppress precipitation of dissolved components. The water supplied to the surface of the dehumidifying membrane dissolves in the dehumidifying membrane and emerges from the opposite side as extremely pure water vapor that does not contain any components dissolved in the water. This water vapor is mixed with air by a blower and supplied into the room from the outlet. Moreover, components dissolved in water do not precipitate on the membrane surface, although their concentration in the water increases.

Even if precipitation occurs, the dehumidifying membrane can be easily replaced, so the problem with precipitation can be solved.
