The wire shown in FIG. B is made of spring wire, and the wire shown in FIG. In the figure, a1, b1, and c1 are ends that are locked and held by the anchor plate, and a2, b2, and c2 are free ends that are inserted and locked into the cylindrical body of the belt protector, and the protector is always attached to the door lining. This biases the storage state toward the retracted state. c3
indicates coil winding. The configurations shown in Figures A and B above had poor fitting properties for the user (no sagging), poor winding and pulling properties of the belt, and low durability of the bent portion. C
The shape shown in the figure was designed to eliminate the defects of the shapes shown in Figures A and B above by using the coil winding part as the center of bending and rotation, but in reality, the center of rotation drops when bending and irregularities occur in the lateral direction. There is a problem that such displacement occurs, weakening the return force, and making it easier for the spring to come off from being held by the anchor plate.

を確実にする。 FIG. 5 shows a perspective view of the return spring 14. This return spring itself is shown in Figure 2C.
It is the same type as the conventional spring wire material with coil winding shown in . That is, it is a spring wire work of two parallel stripes with one end bent in a U-shape, and a coil winding 14c is provided at an intermediate portion between the bent end 14b side and the separated end 14a side, respectively. The paired coil windings are supported by a common shaft rod 15 inserted through the center of the coils. Therefore, the two separated ends 14a, 14a are curved upward,
The small hole 1 of the anchor plate is formed to open outward.
1d (see Fig. 6) and is set on the lower surface of the plate, the spring pressure due to the upward curvature and the outward opening shape not only prevent the detached end 14a from coming off from the anchor plate but also hold it in place. Assure.

Spring bending end 14b carried out via 6
The center of rotation during the raising and lowering movement of the coil does not fall down like in the conventional case, but is supported by the common shaft rod 15, and also prevents the coil winding 14c from irregularly displacing in the front-rear, right-left, and left-right lateral directions. As a result, the bending and bending of the spring can be performed extremely normally, smoothly, and strongly, and the durability of the coiled portion can also be improved. Therefore, when the belt is tightened, the belt has a good fit, and when the belt is released, the protector strongly returns to the stored position along the door lining, allowing the occupant to move more freely.
