持体に一体的に備え、かつ前記案内羽根が担当す
べき全ての流体をほぼ完全に前記固定中空体の軸
方向へ向けるに足る位置まで前記案内羽根の整流
部が延びる様にすると共に前記案内羽根の周囲部
