Claims (1)
- 内部をダイアフラムにより空気室と液体室とに
区画された１対のポンプ本体と、これらポンプ本
体内のダイアフラムを互いに連結する連結ロツド
とを備えた第１のダイアフラムポンプと、この第
１のダイアフラムポンプと同様の構成の第２のダ
イアフラムポンプと、前記第１のダイアフラムポ
ンプの連結ロツドがストローク限まで移動する毎
に切換わつて第１のダイアフラムポンプの１対の
ポンプ本体の空気室に交互に加圧空気を供給する
切換弁と、前記第１のダイアフラムポンプの一方
のポンプ本体の空気室と第２のダイアフラムポン
プの一方のポンプ本体の空気室とを連通させる第
１の管路と、前記第１のダイアフラムポンプの他
方のポンプ本体の空気室と第２のダイアフラムポ
ンプの他方のポンプ本体の空気室とを連通させる
第２の管路とを設け、前記第１のダイアフラムポ
ンプの各ポンプ本体の液体室に、第１の液体の供
給管路と第１の液体の吐出管路とを連通させ、前
記第２のダイアフラムポンプの各ポンプ本体の液
体室に、第２の液体の供給管路と第２の液体の吐
出管路とを連通させ、前記第１および第２の液体
の各供給管路には各液体が液体室から逆流するの
を阻止する供給側逆止弁を介装し、前記第１およ
び第２の液体の各吐出管路には各液体が液体室に
逆流するのを阻止する吐出側逆止弁を介装し、前
記第１の液体の吐出管路と第２の液体の吐出管路
とを混合管路に合流させたことを特徴とする加圧
空気式液体混合圧送装置。
