ことにある。Conventionally, the side portions of the upper and lower metal plates 1.2 of the panel body 6 are bent along the shape of the side end surface of the panel body 6, and the side edges of the upper and lower metal plates 1.2 are respectively formed into fitting convex portions. Insulating panels 1 are placed at predetermined intervals on the upper and lower surfaces of 8′.
0' is formed, so the adjacent insulation panel 10'
The so-called seams 23 between the side edges of the metal plates 1.2, in particular between the support elements 11 and in the case of loads on the insulation panel 10' located on the left in the figure, The fitting convex portion 8' was destroyed and the joint strength was weak. Furthermore, although the fixing tool 21 is driven into the fitting protrusion 8', since the strength of the fitting protrusion 8' itself is low, the fixing strength of the heat insulating panel 10' itself is also reduced. 28, but in this case, the support metal fittings 28 formed heat bulges. In addition, since the heat insulating material 3 of the heat insulating panel 10' is exposed at the seam 23, the heat insulating material 3 is exposed to the outside air, allowing moisture to pass through.
Changes over time such as a decrease in thermal conductivity, thinning of the heat insulating material 3, and cracking have occurred, making it difficult to maintain joint strength. The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and its purpose is to provide a bonding structure for heat insulating materials that has high bonding strength and does not change over time at the bonded portion.

Since both side edges of the metal plate 1.2 are buried in the tips of the convex portions 14.16 on both sides of the panel body 6, the side edges of the metal plate 1.2 of the panel body 6, so-called seams 23, are connected to the fitting opening g9 and the recess, respectively. Even if a different load is applied to the adjacent insulation panel 10, the fitting protrusion 8
The convex portions 14 and 16 are not damaged and the bonding strength is increased, and since the heat insulating material 3 is not exposed and does not come in contact with the outside air, the change over time of the heat insulating panel 10 is small. High bonding strength is maintained over a long period of time. The present invention will be described below based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. As the metal plate 1.2, a colored galvanized iron plate, a colored aluminum plate, a colored aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel plate, a stainless steel plate, a titanium steel plate, etc. are used. A foamable synthetic resin material such as polyurethane or polyincyanurate containing polyol, incyanate, catalyst, blowing agent, etc. is injected into the upper and lower metal Fi1.2 openings, foamed, and filled with the heat insulating material 3. A panel body 6 is formed. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, both sides of the upper metal plate 1.2 are bent to form peaks 4.5, as shown in FIG. An insertion recess 18 is formed in the upper part of the outer surface of one of the peaks 4, a fixing part 7 protrudes from below the insertion recess 18, and a fitting protrusion 8 is formed from the tip of the fixing part 7. is extending. An insertion protrusion 17 is formed at the upper part of the outer surface of the other peak 5, and a fitting recess 9 is formed below the insertion protrusion 17. The side edges of the upper and lower metal plates 1.2 are embedded in the tips of the fitting protrusions 8 and the bottoms of the fitting recesses 9 of the panel body 6. In this heat insulating panel 10, the so-called seam 23, which is between the side edges of the metal plates 1 and 2, is located on a vertical plane, so side sealing during manufacturing is easy and prevents the foamable synthetic resin material from flowing out. This is something that can definitely be prevented. Furthermore, the width of the seam 23 can be easily changed by changing the interval I- between the side edges of the upper and lower metal plates 1.2.
Therefore, without changing the shape of the upper and lower metal plates 1.2,
Panel thickness can be easily changed. A fixing device 2 that is a typhoid fever is attached to the fixing part 7 of this heat insulating panel 10.
