長さ方向において適宜間隔に複数の撹拌翼３を側
方に突設し、各撹拌翼３の直上又は直下に位置さ
せて夫々垂直回転軸２に対し間隔を存して同心的
に囲繞する適宜高さの円筒環４を、垂直回転軸２
の外側で該回転軸２と速度差を以つて回転する回
転部材６の内側に夫々連結部材５により一体に連
結すると共に撹拌翼３と円筒環４を１組として各
組間に適当な間隔７を形成して成る高粘稠液撹拌
