  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 車両吸気管の上流部と下流部に両端を開口
    せしめてバイパス管を設けるとともに、上記バイ
    パス管の中央よりいずれかの開口寄りに、これに
    至る音波の一部を通過せしめ残りを反射する半透
    過仕切壁をバイパス管を横切つて設けたことを特
    徴とする車両吸気管の消音構造。 (2) 上記バイパス管の径を上記仕切壁を境に異
    ならしめた請求項１記載の車両吸気管の消音構造
    。
