Claims (1)
- ダイヤフラムケース内に張設され内燃機関の吸
気負圧に応じて変位するダイヤフラムと、前記ダ
イヤフラムと該ダイヤフラムの支持板および軸を
介して連動し排気ガス再循環通路中に位置して前
記内燃機関の吸気系へ再循環させるべき排気ガス
量を制御する弁体とを備えた排気ガス再循環用弁
装置において、前記支持板の外周縁部に複数の小
孔を穿設し、この小孔を介して該支持板と前記ダ
イヤフラムの内周縁部とを加硫接続するとともに
、該ダイヤフラムの上面にはそれの過度の変位を
制限する前記ダイヤフラムケース内面と当接可能
なストツパを一体的に突設したことを特徴とする
排気ガス再循環用弁装置。
