板状の連動部材が係合されてなり、かつ、該連動
部材はその偏芯位置に貫通される支軸にフリー結
合されてなると共に、該支軸には円板状の伝動部
材がその中心位置で固設されてなり、さらに、該
伝動部材は駆動歯車を保持する駆動軸にその中心
位置で固設された円板状の従動部材に係合されて
