In a clamping device that fixes multiple hydraulic hoses to a base plate member via a rubber clamp member, the rubber clamp member is provided with through-holes for the hoses so that each of the hoses can be inserted into the rubber clamp member. A split groove is formed along the entire length of the hole to open the side thereof, and a frame is formed around the outer surface of the rubber clamp member, and a rubber clamp is attached to the inside of the frame. When assembling and fixing the hose to the base plate member, the hose is pushed into the through hole from the split groove side of the rubber clamp member, and then the rubber clamp member is inserted into the inside of the frame.
