This refers to a transfer film in which no heat-sealable adhesive is formed.

い。 Patterning by the stamping foil transfer method is simpler than other methods, and is conveniently applied to small lots and products with a wide variety of different colors. Therefore, it would be of great significance if the stamping foil transfer method could be used to express a three-dimensional sand pattern on textiles for any purpose.

てしまう傾向が強い。 Traditionally, to create a Sunako pattern on textiles, it has been done either by applying glue to the fabric surface and pasting it by sprinkling Sunako foil over it, or by applying glue to the fabric surface. They relied on the surikin or silver technique, in which gold or silver flat leaf was layered on top of that, and when the glue was almost dry, the gold or silver flat leaf was rubbed with a brush or cotton to remove the excess foil, creating a sand pattern. There is. Such a method has problems when applied to shrunken fabrics in order to make the sandago pattern three-dimensional. In other words, in order to make the sandago pattern three-dimensional, it is important that the bulges caused by the shrinkage of the fabric surface, that is, the grain areas, be patterned. Since the coating is applied not only to the recesses but also to the recesses, the recesses also have a sand pattern. In particular, with the latter technique, when rubbing with a brush or cotton, there is a strong tendency to rub off more of the foil on the grain of the fabric surface than on other areas.

In the case of textiles, the adhesive is also applied to the concave portions of the cloth surface, so only the same results as described above can be obtained.

A stamping foil is hot-pressed on the woven fabric, and a transfer film of the stamping foil is applied to areas with heat-sealing ability that are distributed as grains in a sand-grain pattern on the surface of the fabric, in a sand-grain pattern according to the areas. This is achieved by a method of expressing a sand grain pattern on a fabric, which is characterized by transfer.

Since the highly twisted yarn is coated with a heat-sealing adhesive on the whole or at least a part of it, the heat-sealing adhesive thereon creates a grained sand grain pattern that follows the grains created by the highly twisted yarn. It is distributed on the cloth surface. Therefore, when a stamping foil is hot-pressed on the surface of the woven fabric, the portions having heat-sealing ability distributed on the cloth surface in a grain pattern are patterned by the transfer of the transfer film of the stamping foil.

A woven fabric is made using the thus obtained strongly twisted yarn, at least in part of which has heat-sealing ability. The woven fabric is then subjected to scouring or hot water stretching treatment to form a shrunken woven fabric. As a result, bulges or wrinkles appear on the surface of the fabric due to the shrinkage of the highly twisted yarns woven into the fabric in the form of a sand grain pattern.

Transfer it to a shaped part with heat fusion ability. As a result of this transfer, the portions of the wrinkles of the highly twisted yarn on the fabric surface that have heat-sealing ability are patterned. The pattern is three-dimensional and follows the grain.
