【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、芯の消耗に伴ない後退するスライダ
ーが復帰する際、芯をチヤツクより引き出し連行
して連続筆記を行なうことのできるシヤープペン
シルに関するものである。

機能を奏するボールチヤツク装置を配置し、芯の
消耗に伴ない後退するスライダーが復帰する際、
芯を弾性体の弾性により保持してボールチヤツク
装置より引き出せるようにしてスライダーの前、
後動により連的な筆記を可能としている。然し乍
ら、前述せるシヤープペンシルにあつては、スラ
イダーの前、後動にかかわらずチヤツクは常に閉
鎖状態にあるため、既にスライダーの弾性体に保
持されている芯はチヤツクより引き出すことはで
きても、2本目等の新芯を使用することはできな
い。その為、この種シヤープペンシルには、前述
せる2本目等の新芯をチヤツク及びスライダーに
送り込む別途芯繰り出し機構が必要不可欠となつ
ていた。

ツプ加工等により粗荒とされた芯保持面9aを有
し、前方を2つ割、3つ割等に分割され、前部外
面にボール受座9bを有してあるチヤツク9と;
このチヤツク9に外装されたリング10と;チヤ
ツク9をボール8を介してリング10のボール案
内面10aに圧接するようにチヤツク9とリング
10との間に配置されたスプリングなどよりなる
弾撥部材11とにより構成されており、本例では
リング10を後軸1b前方内に圧入、接着等の手
段により固着してボールチヤツク装置7を配置し
たものを示したが、リング10を後軸1bと一体
で構成するようにしても良い。12は後軸1b内
に設けられた芯収納部である。更に本考案では前
述せる構成以外に、スライダー2の後部並びにチ
ヤツク9の前部に各々磁性体13,14を圧入、
接着等の手段により固着してなる。この磁性体1

体を設け、他方を磁気のおよぶ材質で形成した
り、又、スライダー2とチヤツク9のいずれにも
磁性体を設けることなく、両者を磁化してもよ
く、要するにスライダー2とチヤツク9とが対峙
して配置しており、両者が接近した際にお互いを
引き付け合う磁力が生ずれば良い。

よりチヤツク9をも連行して圧縮された弾撥部材
6の弾撥力により復帰することになる。連行され
たチヤツク9は前軸1aの受座5の突部5aに乗
に上げ拡開した後その前進を阻止され、圧縮され
た弾撥部材11の弾撥力と磁性体13,14の両
者間に働く磁力との均衡が解けて第1図の如く復
帰する。

を示したが、チヤツク9が自己拡開力を充分に有
する場合はこの突部5aは必ずしも必要なもので
はなく、更にチヤツク9の前進規制も受座で行な
うことなく、リング10内面に段部を設け、この
段部によりチヤツク9の前進を規制するようにし
ても良い。

により芯を支障なく速やかにチヤツクより引き出
すこともでき、その効果なるもの大である。
