Claims (1)
- 基板上にポリイミド層が形成されており、前記
ポリイミド層上の少なくともボンデイングパツド
形成領域にはシリコン酸化膜が形成されており、
前記シリコン酸化膜上又は前記シリコン酸化膜と
前記ポリイミド層上にはＴａ−ＳｉＯ２にてなる
抵抗体が形成されており、前記抵抗体上には電極
が形成されており、電極のボンデイングパツド部
以外の領域上及び電極から露出した前記抵抗体上
には保護膜が形成されているサーマルヘツド。
