Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable an even rice-cake to be made in a short time whenever desired by putting water and rinsed glutinous rice together into a kneading container and program controlling respective processes of preheating, stirring, boiling, cooling and kneading. CONSTITUTION:When rinsed glutinous rice and water corresponding to an amount thereof are put into a kneading container 6, an outer lid 2 is closed and a switch of a controller 28 is turned on, then a rice-cake making machine is operated according to a program of a microcomputer. Current is supplied to a heater 13 in a preheating process to set controllably temperature of the bottom of container 6 to about 100 deg.C suited for water absorption and turn a fan 17 for even heating and circulation of air in an intermediate case 5. In a stirring process, the glutinous rice is stirred by turning a blade 10 gently to eliminate the unevenness of the rice due to the position of the rice in the container 6.
