Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 本体部、ウインドウ部およびこれら本体部
、ウインドウ部間の仕切板を有するケースと、こ
のケースのウインドウ部側で回転可能に軸支され
、トランスデユーサを有するロータと、上記ケー
スの本体部側に設けられたモータと、このモータ
軸の回転力を上記ロータに伝達する歯車機構と、
上記ケースのウインドウ部に充填された超音波伝
播媒質を備え、上記モータ軸が電気ブラシの接触
によりアースレベルに設定されるように構成され
た機械式走査型超音波探触子。 (2) 本体部、ウインドウ部およびこれら本体部
、ウインドウ部間の仕切板を有するケースと、こ
のケースのウインドウ部側で回転可能に軸支され
、トランスデユーサを有するロータと、上記ケー
スの本体部側に設けられたモータと、このモータ
軸の回転力を上記ロータに伝達する歯車機構と、
上記ケースのウインドウ部に充填された超音波伝
播媒質を備え、上記歯車機構の少なくとも１個の
歯車が絶縁材料により形成された機械式走査型超
音波探触子。
