ル形状を光学的手段によつて測定する光学式測定
装置と、光学式測定装置によつて得られた測定デ
ータを入力して形状急変部を検出し、この領域を
減速された倣い速度で倣う領域としてデータを作
成する減速領域データ作成器と、減速領域データ
作成器の作成したデータを記憶し、位置検出器か
らトレーサヘツドの位置を検出して、あらかじめ
設定された減速された倣い速度を倣い速度制御器
に、設定する減速倣い速度指令器を具備したこと
