Claims (1)
- 流体軸受装置における回転体の摺動接面と受部
材の受面との間に回転体の回転中心と同心にて回
転自在に配する介装回転体を形成し、この介装回
転体における前記摺動接面に接する接面には、回
転体が正方向に回転した時に流体を保持する流体
保持溝を形成すると共に、受部材の受面に接する
接面には、介装回転体の逆方向の回転により流体
を保持する流体保持溝を形成したことを特徴とす
る流体軸受装置。
