- クロツクに同期してステートが変化し、このス
テートを外部に出力しているステートマシン暴走
検知回路において、前ステートをラツチするステ
ートラツチ回路と、現ステートと前ステートとを
比較してステートマシンのステート遷移が正当で
あるか否かを判定するステート比較判定回路とを
備えたことを特徴とするステートマシン暴走検知
回路。
