状が先端へ向けて順次拡径するテーパー状で、端
面の短手方向に平行する横断面の形状が先端へ向
けて順次縮径するテーパー状の角筒に形成されて
いると共に、開口する長方形端面の短手方向の内
径寸法が前記ガセツトプレートの板厚と等しくな
るように縮径されており、当該接合端部には端面
の長手方向に平行してガセツトプレートを差し込
むための切り込みが、順次拡径する壁側に沿つて
円筒断面の手前までガセツトプレートの板厚に適
合する一定の幅で設けられ、前記鋼管ブレース材
は接合端部の切り込みを柱材およびはり材と各々
応力作用線が一点で交差する角度でガセツトプレ
ートに差し込み、両者が接する周囲を溶接して一
体結合させたことを特徴とする鋼管ブレース材の
継手構造。
