端に設けられた電極と、前記封じ管部の内部にお
いて前記有底筒体の底壁外方に位置され、前記内
部リード棒をその内部に挿通した状態で保持する
ガラス製の内部リード棒保持筒体と、前記有底筒
体の外周においてその筒軸方向に伸び、その一端
側が前記内部リード棒に電気的に接続され、その
他端側が前記外部リード棒に電気的に接続された
