Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable floor setting, wall hanging and ceiling hanging to be performed without limitation of installation by a method wherein a water receptacle is integrally formed into an L-shape. CONSTITUTION:A fan casing 9 for guiding an interior air sucked through a suction port 5 to an upper installed heat exchanger 10 is fixed to an outer box 2 and a partition plate 11. A water receiving pan 12 is placed on the partition plate 11 and supported by the outer box 2 with the front panel 13. With this arrangement, the water receiving pan 12 is an integral L-shape formed product and it may also act as a vertical setting as well as a horizontal setting, so that its floor setting, wall hanging or ceiling hanging can be performed without any limitation. A replacement of the drain hose to the drain port 5 is not required and a troublesome operation can be reduced.
