【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は空気膜構造に於ける膜材ジヨイント
部の改善に係わる。

所謂、空気膜構造とは第1図の平面図に示され
る如く建物周辺に設けたコンプレツシヨンリング
1から建物規模に合わせてワイヤ2…をかけわた
し、そのワイヤ2…間に膜材3…を張り屋根面を
構成し、屋根面の単位面積当たりの重量よりも大
きい圧力を室にかけ屋根面を空気圧で支える構造
であるが、これに於いて膜材3の張設は通常ワイ
ヤ2で囲成される面積に栽断の膜材3の端部間を
ワイヤ2線上でジヨイント処理することでなされ
る。当該ジヨイントは第2図に示す如くワイヤ2
に所定間隔をもつてUボルト4、アルミチヤンネ
ルより成る押えプレート5を取り付け、当該押え
プレート5を所定間隔を設けて配設の大型アルミ
チヤンネル6に差込み固定してワイヤ2に膜材ジ
ヨイント用のプレート部(大型アルミチヤンネル
6)を構成し、この上にて膜材3の端部を袋状に
加工し、これにロープ7を挿入し、この径大端部
を金物8で押えて(ボルトにて)膜材3をワイヤ
2に対して止着関係にするとしてなる。さらに、
隣接膜材3,3間のシールはガスケツト9を径大
部間の隙間に押し込み、又機構上水浸透が不可避
のボルト締結部についての雨仕舞としての金物8

に串刺しし、さらにこの積重部上に、該段落部と
反対側に上位の膜材の径大端部が嵌合する段落部
を付形すると共に、上面にはボルト透孔の両側に
係合爪を突設した圧着用の押え金具を一端側の太
径部が該係合爪に嵌着する止水カバーの他端を挾
着しつつナツト締めにて覆設し、該対峙太径部間
に合成ゴムよりなるジヨイントカバーを架設する
として、膜材ジヨイント部の構成をコンパクトで
デザイン的にもすつきりとさせ軽量化を計ると共
に膜材取付工数の低減化をも達成しさらには膜材
劣化防止、強度向上、コストダウンを図ると共に
ボルト締結部に於ける雨仕舞が確保されるとした
点にある。

2との間に介装のワイヤクロス部のレベル調整用
スペーサーである。図中2がクロスするワイヤで
ある。前記の大型アルミチヤンネル6′は一方の
側に膜材3の袋加工のうえロープ7挿入の径大端
部嵌合用の段落部21を付形して成り、その中央
にはボルト14が単一で設けられており、これに
対して先ず一方の膜材(図示例では左側)が次い
で他方の膜材(右側)が被さる態様にラツプして
組み付き、このラツプ部全体を、該大型アルミチ
ヤンネル6′とは反対側に膜材3の袋加工のうえ
ロープ7挿入の径大端部嵌合用の段落部22を付
形して成る押え金物16がナツト17の締め付け
にて押止する。

部材長を長くする事が可能なため部材点数の低減
化も可能であり、さらに膜材取付工数の低減が計
られることとなり極めて有意義である。
