Abstract

PURPOSE:To exert an even tension continuously across the entire length of the connection end part of a film body and also improve its seal property extremely. CONSTITUTION:Film pieces 30a are connected mutually through joint members 32 arranged mounting on the connection end parts of the film pieces 30a. The joint members 32 form a pair of cut off parts 34 on the upper half parts of both ends of the film pieces 30a in a connection direction. The lower sides of plural joint members 32 are connected mutually through a connection plate 36 and formed continuously along the connection end parts of the film pieces 30a. Push-pressed members 40 continuing along the joint members 32 are installed attachably/detachably in the cut off parts 34 respectively. The connection end parts of the film pieces 30a are held between the lower side surfaces of the push-pressed members 40 and the cut off parts 34 through gum plates 46. The gum plates 46 are arranged on both surfaces of the connection end parts of the film pieces 30a. The connection end parts of the film pieces 30a are wound around core materials 48 and folded. A cover 58 is installed mounting across the outer side of the push-pressed member 40.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, there has appeared a structure in which a roof of a structure such as a large space facility having a pillarless structure such as a dome is constructed as a membrane roof. In this membrane connection structure, the upper end of the outer wall surrounding the large space facility is covered with a membrane made of a waterproof flexible membrane. The membrane roof is inflated (inflated) by injecting air into the facility, and a dome-shaped roof having a bulged central portion in the inflated state is configured. Also, the inflated membrane roof is

By the way, since the membrane roof needs to continuously cover a large space facility, its area is remarkably large. Therefore, the membrane body constituting this membrane roof is formed by connecting a plurality of membrane pieces to each other. The whole is formed. At this time, the connection between the membrane pieces is, for example,
No. 24857 (E04H 15/54). That is, the connection fitting is provided with inner and outer presser metal fittings arranged on both sides of the film body across the connecting end portions of the membrane piece, and bolts for disposing the presser metal fittings on both sides at appropriate intervals, It is configured to be tightened via a nut. The connecting end portions of the membrane pieces are sandwiched between the presser pieces so that the connecting portions can be easily prevented from being separated even when a large tension is applied to the membrane body. There is.

However, in such a conventional membrane connecting structure, the inner and outer presser fittings provided on the connecting fittings for connecting the respective membrane pieces are connected via bolts and nuts. It can be tightened at appropriate intervals. Therefore, the tension acting between the film bodies connected to each other is concentrated and acts on the tightened portions of the bolts and nuts, and the film bodies are easily damaged at the concentrated portions of the tension. Durability is significantly reduced.
