Claims (1)
- 炉本体内にジルコニア・フアイバーボードによ
る断熱隔壁で区画形成された主加熱室及び副加熱
室と、主加熱室内に常設された高温加熱用発熱体
と、副加熱室内に常設された予加熱用発熱体と、
副加熱室内の温度を検知する第１の温度センサと
、主加熱室内の特定値以下の温度を検知する第２
の温度センサと、主加熱室内の特定値以上の温度
を検知する第３の温度センサと前記第２の温度セ
ンサによる温度測定限界を検知して前記第３の温
度センサによる炉内温度の監視に切替える制御機
構とを有することを特徴とする高温処理炉。
